Website traffic
« on: February 05, 2010, 10:51:20 PM »
Im not sure if I am allowed to post my website, its not really modding website, but a gaming website for my clan.
I just wanted to know the best way to get traffic to my site. My clan has like 40 members but only 5 people have joined ( been up about a week)
I posted to site to a few search engines including bing and google.
I also wanted to ask what got AM so popular. Im assuming it was the leds in trigger mod but before that was it popular?

Acidmods initially spawned off of the Playstation forums. The founding members went and got the forum, and a bunch of people interested in learning how to mod followed.

At least that's what I've read.

I came to Acidmods 'cause I liked F00 f00's work and found out he was an AM member.

If your site is interesting (fresh, exciting content) and cool members, then you'll attract more.
