actually the guy who put up this video was a modder, which violates the ToS.  sure he was being an ass but he was simply doing his job.  the guys who were in this vid were actually flaming and threatening this mod.

he used a modded name and a modded controller i believe.

Modded controllers don't violate the ToS. Using Rapidfire might, but not having a modded controller.
All of my controllers are modded. Am I breaking rules? Nope.

You can't prove he was using one, anyway.

yeah i was wrong he did a GS mod and a 10th prestige hack. my mistake for the false info

i meant rapid fire by modded anyway, sorry i didnt clarify.
