AcuFire - Rapidfire chip idea
« on: March 19, 2010, 05:38:08 PM »
I was thinking you could maybe make a modchip to increase accuracy with automatic weapons on MW2 and stuff.

Mode 1 - Semi Auto (Any Gun)
Mode 2 - 3 Round Burst
Mode 3 - 5 Round Burst (or 2 round if this turns out to be useless)

Switch modes by holding button for 1 second, causing LED 4 to flash with number for mode.

Press once for on/off

what would be the advantage of that? it would still be the exact same instal on the same chip and nearly the same program?

heres an idea, add auto sniper aim

auto sniper aim? like an aimbot? how would one acheive that with a microcontroller?

without some sort of input, like grabbing packets from live, which i assume are encrypted or it would have been done on the console side of things

Capture Card some complex video frame reading program that detects Moving targets that are blended in a dynamic environment that constantly moves.

Yes it possible you make an aimbot but you have to be better than 100 Steve Jobs at programming.

Yes i agree with ghost, matt may have meant hold breath rapid fire for longer sessions.

Fookz if you did do that... the lag caused by playing through a cap card is unbearable, imagine the lag of the computer running custom aimbot software to detect movement through a capture card then port it to the 360 controllers movement. Pretty sure you would be more accurate without it.

ask pspkicks too hook you up with a capture card and computer setup with the equivalent power of Google's top of the line server.

87324.48734 Tera Hertz processor with 324982374823 Peta Bytes of RAM and a 0.0000000001nano second buffer capture card.

Lol im goofing off, the lag is not too bad playing on a capture card, you actually dont have to play "on" the capture card, you can split the signal into two wires one for the cap-card and the other for the TV you use.

Just overclock a HDMI Blackmagic cap card and upgrade your overall specs on your computer. i own3d a Blackmagic once, it wasn't so bad on my average dual core 2.2Ghz 4GB ram computer. it was not nearly half as bad as playing on an non-MLG certified lagtime HDMI TV

Back to the hold breath moe, maybrme that could have RF so it lasts longer. That might need another tactile.

yes, I am sorry, I was a bit drunk last night. I ment aim/auto hold breath. so when you pull the left trigger to aim, it automatically holds breath.

the pic recieves a signal from lef trigger, then auto matically presses the left click button. timing would have to be sorted, but this is one of my favorite features of the viking chip.

Cool idea. Maybe we should make this.

So:

Switch On/Off: Single Press

Change mode: Hold for 1.5 Seconds

Mode 1: Semi-Auto w/hold breath on LT
Mode 2: 2 or 3 Shot w/hold breath on LT
Mode 3: 3 or 5 Shot w/hold breath on LT
