FOOKz, you make things sound easy at first until you go into detail on actually how to do it. Then it just sounds like a huge pain in the ass. Although I can guarantee if one of you makes a 360/ps3 laptop you'll almost be guaranteed to win the Easter Mod off of whatever that one is that is coming up.

Sorry man i have the mind of an engineer: problem-design-solution. I like to give tutorials for if you have a question, you have it answered for you before you think; ex: "what if... and what if this...". Plus i love to get the job done right the first time which is my policy.

Alright well if you want to make a 360 laptop and write me up a step to step tutorial on how to make my own including case and so on that would be appreciated :P

There are plastic suction mold techniques that is easier dude that use heat-softened Lexan-Plexi Glass then the Lexan is Sucked onto a mold via a Press and a Vacuum. Look it it maybe you can get somebody to make a case in an hour.
