Changing PS LED when controll vibrates only? HELP

I want the PS buttin to light up blue when i turn the controller on but to turn off and turn on a red LED connected to the motor only when ther controller vibrates and once the controller stops vibrating to turn the blue led on again and the red off.

anyone please help LOL :D thanks...

This should be posted in PS3 Section, (I believe your talking about a DS3 controller) if not post in the appropriate section.
