What's the + and - metal plates on the backplate?

I just opened my psp go and there are metal plates marked + and - on the inside of the backplate. anyone know what they are for?

please provide a picture I think you are talking about the direct contact speaker terminals. kinda gold with a green spot between them?

sry I took so long but i just got a camera. Here's a pic of what I'm talking about. while were at it what are those contacts on the left.

these copper pads make a connection between two points on the mobo when everything is compressed. this is sonys way of not allowing the system to run without the backplate installed.

you should be able to if it gives off a voltage and you can find a ground point.
