PSP 3000 MOBO OR FUSE PROBLEM WHAT U THINK?

OK THIS PSP 3000 IS BARELY BRAND NEW i got this from one of my friends he ask to fix it well i thought it was the lcd oer backlight so i tested on another psp 3000 well it worked great 4r 3 weeks and i also try another screen on this psp but same problem, every time i turn on u can hear it and u can see the backlight but no image sometimes the image goes and come but u can hear everything on background i shake the device to see if i hear something lose but nothing is lose i open apart but nothing seems to be off place so i made a vid so u guys can have a closer look im not sure if is a problem with the mobo or the backlight fuse is mess up it only goes off wether u shake it or even still with no movement the backlight goes out remember i tested lcd and put another lcd and same problem any help pleaSE
P.S BEFORE I FORGET WHEN I OPEN THIS PSP I FOUND RUST BEHIND THE LCD SO IT MIGHT HAVE ANY WATER DAMAGE?

clean the area where the ribon cables go into the psp and also clean the ribon cables for the lcd.... maybe. lol
