Xbox 360 controller stick mod and LED's

Hi

I need an xbox 360 wireless controller modded
to be a permanent southpaw and some LED's
but whoever can do this will have to buy a black wireless 360 controller which i will pay for.

So i need:
1. One 360 wireless black controller
2. Permanent south paw mod
3. LED's any color could be more then one color.

I will pay for all costs and shipping i live in Toronto Canada.
