I just got a ipod touch 3g a couple months ago and itunes says there a 4.o update currently my ipod is jailbroken usin spirit. if i update is there another jailbrake forr it? thanks

NO it did NOT happen.

http://spiritjb.com/  that is the OFFICIAL spirit site. you can clearly see it says they are working on it.

  instead of looking on sites like that, just check the official site.

Months*, not weeks

I waited a good 2 months for spirit to come out when I was :censored:ed into exchanging my old phone into a new bootrom 3GS, which at the time wasn't JB'able
