Please help me with this PIC's and Programmers, which one should I choose?

Could you please look at these the things ( a programmer, and blank PIC's ) and tell me if they are compatible together and if I can use them for rapid fire by using some of the hex codes provided on acidmods. Thats all I need to know. Please respond as soon as possible. Thank-You

If you have a serial port on your computer and a cable for the port, then yes. There should be plenty of hex files for rapid fire on the 863 on acidmods.
