How To Internalize your xbox wireless adater tut.

i was looking on howto do this and finally did it my self and it works.

things you need
* wire
* solder and a 15watt is wat i used
* a dubble sided usb wire
* (need to open your xbox) and wireless adapter optional but maks more room


cut the dubble sided usb and there should be 4 wires. A red,green,black and white.

where you would usually put the wireless adapter(on the top left of your xbox. right by the av cords) you need to take the metal piece off. and there should be 5 pins the first one is not going to be used. the second one your going to solder your black wire your second pin your going to solder your green wire. the 3rd pin your going to solder your white wire and the last pin your going to solder your red.

then you would just connect the usb to the wireless adapter and your done.

What is the range on this? Are you using tha antenna supplied with the wireless adapter?

if you take the wifi adapter apart and just solder the to the usb pins on the inside then wire the antenna through the a lil hole in the plastic and your done as long as wire is on your antenna points you'll get a signal

So yes, the original antenna is used.

yea just wire it and its good connection too. i play cod mw2 with no prob.
