chotto shot and iR leds and USB questions

Hello guys.
I want to buy the chotto shot and 1-2 iR leds.
I am wonder if i must remove the iR lens from the camera.Or it will work with the iR lens too ?
Also if i built in the camera and i don't add a switch can i use the usb to connect my psp with my pc not when i use the camera when i am in the XMB ?

use switch..i just finished my internal chotto shot with night mode..just take out the ir filter..better make a swith or use usb connector so that u can use usb mode again if u want

Please use switch, I recommend you to use it, D+ right in the middle of the line

Hmmm finally someone replied.Thanks a lot guys.
Ok i will use a switch but first i must find a chotto shot.I saw in DX and they don't have.Duh !
Any other mark with good prices ?

What tools you used for this ?Cause it's hard to solder wires in the usb onto the motherboard.I am afraid that i will screw it up. 
What size of iron tip you use ? Also what solder core wire and does the pump help in this case ?
