Ok  guys i have a simple question.
You all know this battery:

This battery is 1800 mAh and i want to mod it and add a 2200mAh battery in the board of the first so i will have an double boot 2200 mAh battery.
But my question is will be able the board charge the 2200 battery ?
And one more.Will the 2200 battery cause or "burn" any SMD in the 1800 board ?

dont waste a good pandora battery cuz the the 2200 battery cell wont fit into the case. plus the 2200 mAh battery neededs a diffrent battery cover to fit then the 2000 comes with.

But even if you could somehow get it to fit in that case or another one it wouldnt matter cuz it would fry the board thats in there because higher mAh means higher power flow. so it would blow the fuses and possibly fry your psp.

Theoretically you could hook a car battery to your PSP and have it last for a month and now blow but there are special regulators within the battery as TwistedMind33 said that will prevent too much power to hit the PSP... else you will be killing fuses and killing PSPs.

For the LEDs burning out ~ it only depends if you have proper resistors installed.
