I just wanted to find out how you defend your PC, i've never been very good at this, so what software do you use to defend your pc? and what have you done?

For me i have Avast! installed, as well as No Script and I have auto run disabled

^this. anybody who says it sucks because its free either has some kind of money spending complex or can't computer.

eset nod 32, the newest avast (bought it a couple of weeks ago), trend micro internet security titanium (actually bought my new subscription tonight.) XD

also i particularly like the pirate them, whenever the virus database is updated, a bell dings and a pirate says "avast me hearties ya blaclist of dangerous seadogs be safely aboard" its brilliant

when i used windows i used the full Kaspersky with adbock and made sure i always had cookies and scripts from 3rd party sites disabled as well as make sure all my software was running the latest version

I have allways used norton internet security, but it tends to let small things in. I now use norton 360 and havent had any problems in a while.
