anyone know how or where to light the x clamp?

i have done the top part of my xbox and it was standing and the other side looked so boring... so i opened it took the mobo out and used a dremel and cut the x clamp part on the chasse so you can see the two X's. but i have some lights that flash blink and fade in 7 different colors and i want to put them under there to make it glow blue.

is it possible?

p.s. the light are called SMART LEDS its like an led strip

cool i just looked at the power and how im going to connect and looks so easy. first i takes 12v so  connect it to the power supply under the mobo is a perfect spot since it going under anyway. well thats that now where to put the lights is where i might have a problem. but if i need to cut a little is good

So let me guess you're using the 7-color LEDs from radioshack??? those things are a jewel.

nahh its a led strip that comes with 3 leds with 7 different colors but they have three differen modes. solid  flash  and glow or fading kind of motion its sweet.spent about 170 on this xbox alone might sell when im done
