Psp chotto shot mod?

Im doing a internal camera mod with a chotto shot camera, but I was wondering if there is a way to mod the camera with a 5mp camera from a sell phone (droid)? I think the chotto shot camera has 1.3 mps but it would be alot nicer to change it into a 5mp.
