why are my leds dim can some one help and now i have no sound dont know y

i found why my leds are dim i just simply connected the positive wire to a higher voltage point on the motherboard now the leds are brighter. I think i might put up some pics showing where to solder the wires just in case other people want to try it out

well for starters, those look pretty bright to me, and the brightness of the LEDs all depends on the mcd rating (brightness rating) of the LEDs themselves, as well as things like being behind a piece of white plastic. LEDs have a specific viewing angle kinda like an LCD TV, if you're too far off to the side the brightness will be less than if you look at it inside of the viewing angle. unless you point the LEDs at the clear buttons they won't appear as bright since the light you see through the buttons is light reflected off of the white plastic...

As for your sound issue, I have no idea, unless you did some version of a sound reactive LED mod, drew power from the audio circuit, or shorted something out in the audio circuit, you shouldn't have lost any sound...

thanks for replying and the sound i had done a sound reactive mod but i took it off and the sound was still working when i did this mod yesterday the sound worked fine but this morning i tried it out and it doesn't work.

I know... :/

I had many wires lined up with the audio and video ribbon, and was receiving interference to one of my speakers. I took it out, so no sound reactiveness but It still looks good.. You better check it out for me when it's done!!

yeah the sound mod on the psp go is safer then on the regular psp`s for some odd reason.
