this is my 1st pc... i have never own or buy a pc/laptop before this...

will start installing it this week.

for now all in that pictures is around $1276.... *the price in malaysia might be different from the price at US. so if someone could compare the price it would be awesome. using i5 655 for the processor. DDR3 4GB. else you can see in the pics.

The price is prolly right around where it should be for a pretty decent gaming rig. My pc cost me right around $1100 or so then with my monitors (2) right around $1400. What type of monitor did you get?

hmm, mines costing $ 1400. im not exactly sure, probably not because u went with intel and nvidea which is better than amd, only downfall is they are way more expensive, although i cant see the exact parts you got but im guessing the added cost from the base system is with the speakers and all your other stuff so from the looks of it its around normal. ill look into it a bit to see, but u usually get the amount of speed as what u pay for.

I built my computer like 4 years ago, and total cost was right around a $1500 us also that was with a new monitor, new printer, external dvd drive also, and the wireless router, I bought things pretty cheap and still got room for advanceing in this computer its compatiable to windows 7 and vista but windows xp is what iam running now.

Samsung , I dont care what anyone says about the brand, but when I bought mine, I had a problem just got a bad one for some reason, and called customer service and they went over a few things to try and fix it. took like 10 minutes and they replaced it no questions asked. I have had the one they replaced now for 5 years and havent had any issues. Samsung sold me on that just cuz I didnt have to argue with them they just replaced it .

mines 5ms respones time and 3000 to 1 contrast ratio. 20 inch wide screen thats all that would fit in my desk. mines 5 yrs old and they have upgraded from this. much better then what i have now.

for $230 dollars was a good deal at the time.

Rodent we have the same monitor i believe lol but yes i also would say samsung i Love mine it has a good quality to it picture is very bright i have a monitor that came with another computer from dell its one of there monitors hooked up for dual and i have to say that there is a very distinct difference.

If u don't end up going with samsung i would say asus, there highly rated monitors for not to expensive and they are very nice monitors.

I have a hannspree, i dont know how much it was, but i love it ive never had any problems i think its like 22" and it has HDMI.

Hmm. . . I wouldn't have gotten that motherboard (MicroATX, H55 chipset), but hey, that's probably just me lol. Intel + nVidia for the win.

I really like that case and how the power supply is mounted at the bottom of the case, keeping the weight at the bottom so it dont tip over easy like the older cases nice job!

but the case is freakin heavy. cooler master said HAF stand for 'high air flow'. but i think it also stands for 'Heavy As Fu*k'. lol

i added 1TB hdd and replace the stock V6gt fans with xtraflo.

thats not a heatsink, thats a $130 club. pretty sure that would bump up your charge to assault with a deadly weapon.

its quite good actually. as expected from a big company such as Cooler Master.
