Help with a project?

Well I have two ds, both are the phats(why else would i be here). So i was wondering if your guys could help me and post links to tuts and equipment that ill need for what i want to do(and some other cool stuff)

I want to put some LEDs in it, louder speakers, probably swap the shells(both have cracked hinges, preferably one black and the other silver), an R4 (card that has the best support), and a link to a homebrew page(please).
