Reflow all the ram chips , and use a griddle will get the one on the bottom side of the board and see if  that helps may have to reflow with no clean flux. if that dont work then they need to be re-balled

i did reflow all 8 of the ram chips. can i just place the 360 on top of the griddle without drilling and putting screws through it?

I use a heat gun around 500 degrees and keep it about 1" (inch) to 1 1/2 " (inches) above the board.

board ruffly gets  about 380 degrees becarefully  and set the griddle at 400 degrees . I got Ryobi heat gun veriable heat range 200 to 1100 paid $ 60.00 usdolllars at home depot

the ones on the bottom should heat up enough from the griddle and i  wouldnt stay on them any longer then about 3 or 4 minutes i would work it around them all in circular motion around all 4 chips at the  max 4 minutes over the whole area of the  chips dont stay and do  just one do all 4 together, get it too hot and the ram chips could come off use a thermal temp gun also to keep a eye on how hot your getting the board

EDIT: I  have helped alot of people on here and they havent had any problems reflowing with my instructions, takes some common sence watch what your doing. Not resposible if you do it longer or hold it closer then i said, if you dont know something ask first. Its a chance everyone takes when re-flowing there own board.

would use a eye dropper and let it run under the chips and whip off the excess flux when it runs out,

its No Clean Flux should be liquid, might be able to do it with out the flux hopefully they dont need to be re-balled
