Has anyone tried making a hex code for just drop shot for the xbox or ps3 ?
Just a drop shot code for the pic12f683, the normal pic, if I wrote it wrong.

just wire up the b button to one leg of a tactile and the other to ground. You can also add the middle pin on the right trigger to that and put it on the same as the b button and it should hopefully work.

If not you could modify say the BMU3 opensource code and change the akimbo mode to a dropshot and set the rate to one and instead of wiring to the l trigger you could wire it up to the b button.

Sorry to burst your bubble but...

1. Won't work.

2. BMU3's akimbo code does not automatically press the L trigger when you press the R trigger, so this will not work either. However It wouldn't be too difficult to edit it to make it automatically press the L trigger.

I know, I was just giving some suggestions lol. And I now realize that the r trigger doesnt work when its grounded, if you ground the middle pin on the right trigger it does the same thing as the left trigger lol.

Anyone know how you make a quickscope button?

I have seen two options here, but the double pole switch is had to get and I don't know how to delay a something. Any one have any ideas

Also I pretty suck at coding, could anyone add drop shot to any of the open source codes ?

I am making one to join in with the topfire rapid fire mod and I should be coming out in the next month
also making a quickscope code

So you press the tactile and you shoot and B button at the same time

and about the ps3 guy look for the ps3 circuit diagrams and don't what ever you do try and scrap the button seen some idiot doing that on youtube.

For a PS3 this can be done by connecting TP1 and the TP point for the square button to a tactile button.

Alright awesome, ill be watching for that quickscope. I duplicated the R thumnstick
to a tactical and it sure improved my sniping kills. But looking foward for your code.

I just tried it on a cg2 board and it works, pull right trigger and you go into prone while your gun is firing rapidfire, when you release right trigger you automatically stand back up, the only weird thing ive found so far is that you need to wait a second when you turn the mod on, if you are to quick the controller disconnects when you press RT, other than that it is flawless. very nice work nycxbox

Yes, Most mods that are connected to PADs (ABXY PADS) have the tendency to extend the Sync push if you press sync to enable the mod and then press the RT right away - cause it also presses the B button pad - so the controller goes into sync mode. Best technique is to push the sync and release and say ONE to yourself (you only need to let it sit for less than .7 seconds) If you press sync and have the RT down (which again enables the B button too) or press it in less than 1 second after you pressed sync the controller will go into sync mode. Many mods with Drop shot, auto reload, jitter and such function like this. IF there is a trick to prevent this - I would love to know what it is -but I have yet to figure it out. I never had any issue with waiting less than 1 second after releasing SYNC before using a RF mode on a mod chip.

As for video proof. I don't think it is necessary - the install is super simple - the chips are reprogrammable, if you try it and don't like it you wasted 5 minutes of your life. If you tried it and like it - then I am glad you like my work. It is not set to the fastest rapid fire, but it should work on every COD game for must semi auto guns and the mode without rapid fire is great for you guys who use auto guns already.

Installed this mod. It works fine.
How do you change modes?
Sync buttons turns the mod on/off.

I like the auto standing up feature.

Dropshot is nice, but not always needed.
It would be nice with one more mode: If LT is pressed then don't drop.

What do you think?
