put it into dfu mode and restore it with latest ios firmware
its stuck in recovery mode.. ive had this happen alotyou can try 1.use iREB to try and kick it out of recovery mode, or to put in dfu and try and restore2.or TinyUmbrella and see which shsh blobs you have and restore to another custom .ipsw. tinyumbrella is your best bet. if you need any more help just ask..
I dont know if it will work for you, But this Same Exeact thing happened to me, I couldnt get anything to work at all, But what i did was I used snowbreeze and made a custom ios, the ios i was on, and restored from it and it worked perfectly.
you gotta get you shsh blobs first. and figure out which ones you got. then make a custom ipsw. and the run tinyumbrellas server so it will bypass itunes...
I never did any of this lol, I dont know how it worked, i just tryed it as a last resort, and it worked. i didnt save shsh blobs or anything.
which iphone though
its a 3gs, im not sayin your wrong or anything like that, but i dont remember saving blobs or thing like that, but maybe it used the same ones from my iphone? i dunno. but snowcolt prolly knows alot more about all this than me, so go with what he says.
Error 3194Occurs when trying to install an old firmware and Apple’s server disallows the installation. The only solution is to have SHSH backup and modify the hosts file to point to Saurik’s Cydia server where they are backed up (or localhost if you have it yourself).that's your probem. you don't have the SHSH blob.
