Ok i got a slim mother board from a fellow AM member (edokassiah) he showed me it worked and no problems when he had it. Something must of happened in the shipping , do to it wouldn't work when I got it> videos shown below. "Nothing bad just showing what can happen"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rIIFEpZPPF0&feature=channel_video_title after hours of working and some research and some time in shoutbox talking about it I finally got it fixed first tryied a small reflow with a blow dryer , to see if that was the problem . when i turned it on it was hard to hear but sounded like it wasnt going to start up just kind of hammered like a bad dvd drive or bad hard drive sound. and kept giving me a red dot. so finally i got it to boot back up but would freeze during boot up. so i played around moving the heat sync and it would boot again and then freeze up finally I figured out the heat synce was moving around on the gpu and cpu all in the same chip now. So i fixed it by applying Artic Silver 5 paste and spaced it with washers and bolts little differently i will explain more later on. but Now it is back up and running normal again.
Red dot could also mean hard drive not pluged in , but i wasnt getting any errors or anything just would do what you see in the video above. alot of slims out there that people have taken apart and dont know what the problem was
will post video tomorrow to show its working once again after hours of me trying to research and trying diffferent things I finally got it working .
Edit: I talked to edokassiah he tried to help me resolve the issues also . I will do business with him again just showing that dont go bad mouthing people things get tossed around when being shipped, reason i posted this is to show that there are problems with the slim and started this post so we can start resolving new slim model problems. and hopefully fix them as we go.
Here is the video of it fixed will post what i used later . i gotta take it apart again for other reasons but for now its fixed and hopefully when i get the case i can make the fix even better thats why i want to wait to give a list of things to fiixing it.
