any chance you could post some pictures of your wiring? im missing something, i cant get it to work properly.

i have rewired it all and now its going perfectly, not sure what i was doing wrong to begin with.

Finally got it working with more LED's, I took the 100 ohm resistors off tp11,tp7 and t5. and put a 47 ohm resistor on t3.

I tried it with 7 on one slot, but they start to go to an on/off state instead of fading.

here it is working for anyone that wants to see. this will be going in my 360 once i finish the case, they will be in the correct order.

grims diagram works perfectly once you get your head around it.
