HELP request XBOX 360 Wireless controller with L-ion battery mod

hi guys,
i am NEEL from canada, thanks to allow me forum.... i was looking to mod XBOX 360 controller with li-ion battery
i found link here, i also show the pic . expert posted ..but there is no wiring diagram

can some one please explain the wiring diagram,

once i solder the battery , it has to charge by charging cable as well works without cable too...

because controller has +5v output which is good for charge ..but the it need 3v to run controller...

i solder the wire with 3.3v ..but li-ion  dosen't charge.....

please help with diagram....
