Thanks again guys! Finished this a few days a go. I'm really happy with the results. I easily have put at least 100 hours of work on this. this portable features:

-custom vacuum formed case
-3.5 in. screen
-speakers and head phone jack
-a tact to turn off the speakers using a pic with a code written by me!
-dimensions 8.5 x 5 x 2 inches
-2-3 hours of battery life
-awesome purple paint job
-volume control tacts

if you end up upgrading it in future try putting the cart are the back of the box this way its not pocking out all the time of playing

Nicely done. As for having to blow into the game cartridge the first time to get it to load, a cotton swab and some 90% Isopropryl Alcohol should do the trick.

Probably not. This project is done and fine as it is. But if I will defiantly get a more proportional screen for future projects.

Good idea, but again, I'd rather make a new one then upgrade this one, there's just not enough space to put it on the back.
