well if the battery life isint that much different is because the extra battery you are using either isint charged or is not properly soldered to the board. an extra 1020 mAh should be enough to increase the psp battery life to at least 10 hours on a full charge.

but dont forget it also matters if you have music playing or a game going or CFW with plugins. all of those things can factor in the battery usuage.i get4 hours on my psp 3000 and with a psp 1000 battery (double the mAh) I get a total of 8 hours of run time.

thank you for the reply , i just finished testing, but extra 1020 mAh only give me about 9:30 hours at xmb in all full, xmb in all low and no sound give me about 14:30 (game play 4:30 all full)  ,  i will try to low to the minimun charge and recharge it T_T

i was expecting more by R$30,00 battery (that is about $17,00) ,

may i just put 2 battery, or maybe i try a tablet battery (i have one that fits like a glove in the psp)

ola!

I just put a other battery of 2300 mah, so now i have 4520mah, but only get 5:30 of game play at full brightness, full sound and etc, and at low brightness i get only 6:30

I think that have to be a lot more time of gameplay, am i right?
if don't, can someone explain it to me?

becouse i was expecting about 8 hours of gameplay in full...

is the original board of the battery that is losing power?

can I plug direct the battery on the psp I shoud get more time?

help!

edit: I have discovered the problem, the battery board.

The board was not calculating the battery well, just one little mod on that and all worked fine.

But now, the psp won't calculate anymore the battery charge, but looking on the voltage in some plugin i can know the time left.

thank you all for the help
