MSPD to dual micro sd adapter  . This is the infamous cr5400 .
http://www.dealextreme.com/p/photofast-cr-5400-dual-slot-sdhc-microsd-tf-to-ms-pro-duo-adapter-32gb-max-16489

Can we take one of these and reverse it ...

I wonder if the MSPD can be directly wired into the m2 slot. or buy a cheep m2 gut it and ribbon cable or board connect m2 to cr5400 directly.

I wonder if a micro sd can fit inside an m2 ...

I think you could just wire between m2 and mspd directly, they both have the same pins, just in different orders(wiring must accommodate this) and they are both Sony products so I would expect them to use the same data communication protocol :)

That looks good and all the VSS's would just be connected together

Thanks hyper any ideas on pins 10 and 11 on m2?

reserved so that basically means not in use now but might be needed in the future if they made like "M2 superfast version" or something like that. you don't need to worry about them.
