Xbox 360 remote play PS3

Ok after my modd off entry I got really interested in remote play and the possibilities for modding and expanding control options .
I got my windows 7 non viao pc to work with remote play of my cfw ps3. no game support from this mod. but open remote play for lenux does have some game support. I dont have a lenux environment set up. but maybe soon Ill test.
So this brings me  to my next idea.
Correct me if I'm wrong but do modded jtags etc support lenux ?
So could it then be possible to play your ps3 from your jtag or whatever ?
