Topfire on CG2 install problems

Hi Guys. Yesterday i installed Topfire Onto a Cg2 Controller. Everything is wired correctly i'm 95% sure. I used Spurgle's Tut on how to install it. I did however change the ROLleds to red. So when i switched it on it turned on and everything, but the Player 3-4 leds where very dimly lit. When i press the one tactile the led lights up right, but when i hold the tactile in for 4 seconds so that it changes modes, i wait for 4 seconds then BOTH leds (3-4) flash twice (like its in mode 2) but then the leds go off again... and doesn't wan to to go on again.. ill post a video later. But I'm wondering if anyone got the same problem as me before.

ive never used topfire, but reading through the thread it says when both LED's light up like that, its in custom programming mode. it should be held for only 3 seconds to change modes.
