raptorfire solved!

I am installing some raptorfire kits. I have done a few with no problems but the last 3 I installed all act wierd. The rol on them light up when the controller is on... which i guess means the rapidfire is useless.... The p2 and 3 light red and the p4 light is red. Any body know wtf i am doing wrong?

Edit: I went back and uninstalled it in revers. some how the solder spots for the left trigger are super touchy. After removing and re soldering them they work fine now!
