I could not find a complete how to on this so i figured I would try to create one.

I have all the link capable coop games "backed up" on my jtag let me know if there is something you want to play.

lately I have been playing LOTR: war in the north. this is a great three player system link coop.

I will have to check that out. I have mw2 and bo2. Not really a shooter type guy but I am willing to give it a shot. Last lotr i played was the ps2 one. 2 thrones or something

no, that is not correct. The friend system is useless. you can add friends but thats it. no invite or messaging system has been implemented yet.

you must also be on a 16xxx dashboard for link to work also. If your FSD plug in is not enabled, this is most likely your issue.

having problems matt..

got the link set up. got all my account info.

im on 16203. and tried the avatar update and it does nothing. named it SystemUpdate. $SystemUpdate and $$ystemUpdate. Nothing.

snow, boot to the xbox dash and try the update. if it still doesn't work then reformat the usb drive and try again.

Young children if you need help with update for the avatar , disable dashlaunch so it doesnt boot in to FSD.  also being you have  xex menu loaded on there you need to name the file $$ystemupdate    and it will work , if you do the update before you install xex menu then you can do it $systemupdate to update the avatar  make sure its avatar update 16203  DO NOT TRY TO UPDATE THE CONSOLE TO NEWER DASHBORD!

do the update thru USB

i have a few multiplayer games for retail and rgh.

black ops2. can you do the system link with zombies? i just took the dlc for uprising off my retail and added it to the rgh

He got it working. he put a zip file on his flash drive. He should have unzipped it and put the decompressed folder on the flash drive...

Yes, you can play zombies, I need to transfer my DLC though

Actually that wasnt the problem. The avatar update was already installed :p porbably would have been the problem. And maybe it had something to do with FSD not being on the root of my HDD
