Sweet dude. What is the maximum milliamp-hours you can charge with this charger?

Zero

Pin 2 of U1 is VSS, and is connected to nothing.

All of your traces there are 4mil, most fab shops will do 6mil minimum, and for power traces even 6mil isn't going to cut it. Those all need to be much wider, even to the point they're larger than the pads they're connecting.

LED has no orientation marking.
Screwing up is one of the best learning tools, so long as the only thing you're not learning is how to screw up.

Forgot who you're talking to,

and since you seem to be incapable of taking some constructive criticism and attempting a redo yourself there and learning something, here ya go - http://rapidshare.com/share/7817690616488F030F13035E99720E43.

Anyone that's interested in this thing can feel free to do whatever they like with Gerber files, but this isn't the chip or setup I'd use to make a charger with as it's not capable of driving a load while charging the battery. The MCP73832 is suitable for a stand alone charger for some single cell Li-Ion or LiPo battery for use in some other projects though.
