Ok so I bought two video cards on Newegg a month ago. The two cards cost a grand total of about $480 give or take.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121866Newegg charged me twice on my bank card for two different amounts of $279 and $200
I talked to my banker about that immediately when they charged me because that seemed a little strange to me. My banker agreed we need to keep an eye on Newegg purchases because they don't charge per lot.
The cards arrived in the mail... Well they didn't work. Bluescreen and whatnot haha so I proceeded with an RMA.
No problem, I paid return shipping and it arrives safely to Newegg and the RMA gets accepted.... Well here is when I get a little upset.
The $200 charge on the RMA invoice was "refunded" instead they deducted $200 from the total refund of $480...
So basically they wasted my time, wasted my banker's time, and are trying to screw me out of $200.
Newegg separated the charges on my checking card in a way that can be interpreted as fraud.
