Arcade in a Box

a customer came in today and he wanted me to build him a arcade control box with a xbox built into it with a 1tb hdd and he wants to be able to use controllers aswell as the arcade sticks.he wants to be able to just plug it into the tv and play.so i started it today here is what ive done so far.
.im useing red and blus led push buttons
.cut the wood to size and the plexi glass
.built the box to hold it all and routed the edges to make a nice round surface.
.next i will use wood filler and give the hole box a good sanding then paint it.
.i still have to wire everything up will have a update soon.

got some work done on this today plexi glass cut and ready i rounded out the edges with a table router then painted it gloss black waiting on the art work to be printed then i will start to put it all togather made air holes for intake and outtake fans and a port for power and a/v will have a update soon.

ok so i got the artwork installed made a custom I/O plate and installed the buttons now i will padhack 2 controllers and do a composite video mod and extend the power jack and start to finish this one off.

ok so i got the xbox modded loaded with emulators and games and i got the controllers padhacked.made custom  fan grills and now im ready to wire it all up.

well i installed two 120mm fans and grills one intake and one out take and there will be a fan inside.i also wired up the leds on the push buttons on the player 2 side will finish up the wiring tomorrow should be completed by monday i hope.

well i gotta alot done today i got everything wired up and ready to go the unit is built i just wanna make a few touch ups before i call it done ill have a full build video and full demo on it tomorrow but for now here are a few pics and a short demo video just to show that it works.
