Where to drill for tacts any guidelines/templates?

Hi all,

I was just wondering since I'm a perfectionist is there any template out there to make multiple controllers identical ?
Every time I mod a controller I have to measure over and over, but I remember seeing a YouTube video of someone that made a nice template.

What are your tricks for some perfect aligned tacts with or without caps?
