Hello guys i was wondering if you could help me with a problem i have?

I recently purchased a few broken psp of Ebay. Two of them wont boost games without freezing on the start up sceen. They also cannot update everytime i try i get this error (LPTFFFFFFFE). If anyone knows how to fix this please help me out ive been trying for weeks with no luck. I think it might be a hardware problem. This is ok because i know my way around a hot air soldering station. So, if anyone can tell me how to fix it i would really appreciate it.
