looking for a modder to help with a port for fallout 4 (pc to xbox one)

Ok so im a huge star wars fan well in all honesty im a huge clone trooper fan and im also a fallout fan but my computer is rubbish and i cant afford to fix it or buy a new one could someone port a fallout mod from pc to xbox for me?
