found mod but no ideas about it. help?

so i bought a controller and found a mod on it. its a snap in mod, but, i dont know what it does or how to set it. any chance you guys know?







ANY info would be helpful!!!!
DOCS on it or a name would be GREAT!!!

im sorry if it is, but i dug threw their site and found no info and all the images i saw where of a solder on.... i need info on it like setup and installation along with usage and modes. i swear to you i looked.   also what the hell is the pad 1 - 6 thing?


 know the location if this things docs? and is it any good?
