MCU board, TP1 is D-, TP2 is D+, TP5 is USB 5v

I haven't dug much more into that one since it's a 4 layer board and they are quite a bit more fun to trace things out on. Plus the chip is a BGA, so if anything has gotten under there and caused damage it can't easily be seen.

This "D" is D-Pad?

Solved!! The board won't have a R37, a take from another broken MCU board and works.
BUT now I have another problem, both of my analog are dead, R3 and L3 Buttons still working, mt both of analog don't do any movements

D- and D+ are the USB data lines.

See if there is 1.8v on TP103, that's the AN+ voltage for the Sticks.

Check the center lead of each of the 4 POTs, should measure around 0.9v each and change in value when the stick is moved.

in the center os 4 POTS, i have 0,88v ~0,91v, and the v changes when i move Y and X axis of the both sticks.

Well, you either have 4 broken traces going to the MCU, a screwed up MCU or some issue I've never seen before, because the Sticks are doing what they are supposed to be doing.

What does the HTML5 app show the Sticks doing? https://html5gamepad.com/

Those things are just about as dead center as they could be and all 4 of them are identical, so something is wrong with that controller for sure and I'd imagine it's internal to the MCU.

The MCU is BGA, so you couldn't reconnect the traces from the Sticks to the MCU if that was the issue, and after seeing how that thing is registering I seriously doubt that it has any broken traces on the Analog lines. I'd guess that it is messed up internally somehow. Maybe see if you can get the controller to update in the XB1 dash or W10, that might reset things in there, if it will even do it. Honestly never seen one act that way before.
