This is + and - power cables of Rumble Motor on RT and LT, You need to check if this cables are broken, or missing.

you can replace with another cables, but you need to respect the
polarities, Gray cable = Positive , Black = GND

Polarity does not matter in this case. The Rumble motor will just run the opposite direction is all and you'd never notice it.
