« on: August 20, 2020, 11:04:40 AM »
Hi all, I have replaced a Thumbstick module on elite series 1 board after removing the damaged modular I noticed c27 was corroded so I tried the clean it up and nocked it off the board I cannot replace it with one from a donor board as the pads have lifted too , now The right stick click button is now constantly pressed is there anyway too repair this?

Any help will be appreciated.

C27 missing wouldn't cause that issue, something there is either shorted or corroded on the RSC line to ground.
Screwing up is one of the best learning tools, so long as the only thing you're not learning is how to screw up.
