1537 c33 capacitor blown
« on: December 18, 2020, 08:24:35 AM »
I?ve had two 1537 now with no power, removed c33 as it had blown, and they power on. Do I need to replace this capacitor and if so what size is it? Thank you as always for your advice in advance .

You can toss a 100uF 1206 in there.

It's just a decoupling cap on the 3.3v rail, so anything rated 6.3v or more will be perfectly fine. The schematic of that controller is on the forums here.
