JDM-040 Right Analog Problem

Hi everyone. Today i buy a new analog part for my broken controller. Change is easy but in the solder phase i  broke accidently a litte component. You can see on the picture.
analog work but cant reach right and down nears. so what is this component? Resistor ? condansator? if is resistor how much ohm? anyone knows? Thanks.

Thanks RDC. smd capacitor is very hard the find it in my country. İ think no problem i use the 39pf non-polar ceramic capacitor right ? After the solder i post here.
