JDM-001 Request for identification

Hi everyone

I have a JDM-001 only it doesn't charge the battery. Only works on usb cable. Shows that it is charging but not charging the battery.
I saw a broken component. JDM-011 cannot see the battery.

Please identify the damaged component

Does anyone know what this is for?
