Wireless controller to sensitive analog

Hi
I recently replaced analog in my controller and now is working but is way too sensitive. Moving from 0 to 100% way too fast. I think new analog if fake but pot values are similar to original one. Is there any way to decrease sensitivity? Maybe I can use some resistor ?
