WIRELESS CG2 controller flashes once then turns off

Hello, i have a WIRELESS CG2 controller  is flashes once then turns off. I measure 3V on TP8 and also in c93 line my meter beep on both sides

Any idea what is the problem?

Check traces near C14.
Example fix for 2 blinks with battery:
