JDM-011 only "works" with cable on PC

I've got a ps4 controller model jdm-011 and when I try to use without the cable it doesn't work.

If I plug it on the ps5 or 4 it also doesn't work.

It only "works" on pc with cable and sometimes some buttons doesn't work.

I've tried to change the usb plug, the touch bar, the baterry but the issue remains.

I'm new at this things I'm just trying to fix my own devices.

If someone could help please!
