It's a 3.2v Regulator, identical to the one above it there.

I wouldn't use it, as it's not going to fit on there without fudging things and the voltage isn't the same. The original is an SOT23-5 package, and no idea if that higher voltage will throw anything off a shade.

That is a PWM DC/DC type Regulator that is adjustable, and the pinout is also wrong.

That R3244 thing is some kind of Linear Regulator with a Fixed output, like the RT9020-32, TLV70032 or similar. 

1 - Input
2 - Ground
3 - Enable
4 - BYP, SS or NC
5 - Output, 3.2v
