PlayStation 5 controller BDM-40 rumble motors issue

Hi there, I have a bdm 40 controller replaced thumbsticks, put it all back together rumble motors don?t work at all no rumble, wires are soldered correctly, looked over the board can?t seem too find any missing components can anyone point me in the right direction.

Update! It was a firmware problem so if you have this fault try a firmware update!
